How much does window cleaning cost in Raleigh?
First-clean pricing varies by home size and service package. On our Silver package, a first cleaning, inside and out, is $259 for a home up to 2,000 square feet, $329 for 2,000 to 3,500 square feet, and $429 for larger homes. Gold and Platinum cost a little more because they include tracks, screens, and interior mirrors. After the first clean, maintenance plans start at $35 a month. The price picker on this page shows your exact first-clean price and monthly payment. Lakefront and estate homes get a custom quote.

What is the difference between Silver, Gold, and Platinum?
Silver is the glass: every window pane cleaned streak free. Gold adds window tracks cleared and wiped. Platinum adds screens washed and interior mirrors cleaned on top of everything in Gold.
How do the monthly plans work?
You choose how often we come: every month, every two months, every quarter, or twice a year. Once a year we clean your windows inside and out, and the other visits are exterior only. The cost of the whole year is spread into one flat monthly payment. Customers who choose monthly service save 20 percent on every exterior visit.
How often should windows be cleaned in Raleigh?
In the Triangle the worst stretch for glass is late March through April, when the loblolly pines drop their pollen and the oaks follow, and the second is October and November, when the leaves come down and the gutters fill. We recommend exterior cleaning at least every quarter for homes in Raleigh, North Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Chapel Hill, Pittsboro and Durham, with an extra visit after the pollen for homes under heavy tree cover and every two months for lakefront homes on Falls Lake and Jordan Lake. Most people have the interior glass done once a year.

Do you offer gutter cleaning?
Yes. Gutter maintenance can be added to any plan for $25 a month. We clear the gutters, flush the downspouts and haul the debris away, timed for the spring pine pollen and needle drop and again after the oaks, maples and sweetgums let go in the fall.
Do I have to sign up for a plan, or can I book a one-time cleaning?
You can do either. One-time cleanings are priced the same as a first clean. Plans run for 12 months at one flat monthly payment, which costs less per visit and keeps the glass clear all year.
